Job Description

Supervision Received and Exercised Reports directly to the District Manager. Exercises direct supervision of 3+ managers and 15-50 employees. Essential Job Functions Essential duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: Exhibit, cultivate, and enforce a sense of pride and relentless commitment to each step of preparing Guthrie's menu items for service. Foster a culture of hospitality and quality to attract and retain the best talent. Build an effective schedule each week to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time to provide exemplary service to our guests while achieving store labor goals. Responsible for interviewing, orientating, and training staff at all levels within the restaurant. Be an ambassador for the brand, building strategic relationships within the community to build a conspicuous reputation of quality and hospitality throughout our communities. Continually develop and mentor managers in your charge to prepare them for future advancement. Review performance daily, taking time to calibrate each day and correspondingly coach and celebrate with your team. Provide leadership by generating excitement, enthusiasm, and commitment toward company objectives. Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description. Compensation Classification Exempt Non-Essential Job Functions Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities, which may include the following: Walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time Lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. overhead Maintain effective audio-visual discrimination and perception needed for: Making observations Communicating with others Reading and writing Position Requirements Work a 48-55 hour week Subject to background check In-store training program completed Must maintain a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays Must possess a state-issued driver's license and maintain reliable means of transportation Working Conditions Restaurant environment: Work with advanced kitchen and front-of-house operational equipment, including maintenance and operations of deep fryers.
