About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant. What You'll Do Take full ownership of the restaurant's daily operations and overall performance. Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers and hourly team members. Recruit, interview, hire, and retain talented employees. Build a strong team culture focused on hospitality, teamwork, and accountability. Drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance. Effectively manage labor, food costs, and other controllable expenses. Analyze financial and operational results and develop action plans to improve performance. Deliver an exceptional guest experience and resolve guest concerns professionally. Ensure consistent execution of food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality standards. Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety requirements, and applicable laws and regulations. Conduct ongoing coaching, performance management, and development of managers and team members. Identify and develop future leaders within the restaurant. Partner with Regional and company leadership to execute business initiatives and achieve goals. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and employees. Lead by example and remain actively engaged with the team and daily restaurant operations. What We're Looking For 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably as a General Manager or equivalent leadership role. High-volume restaurant or hospitality management experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain a strong team. Understanding of restaurant financials, including sales, labor, food costs, and profitability. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on leadership style with a strong presence in the restaurant. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Passion for hospitality and creating an outstanding guest experience.
