General Manager - Johnny Tomatoes Pizzeria Job Overview Johnny Tomatoes Pizzeria is looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead our day-to-day operations. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, takes responsibility, follows through, and knows how to lead a team in a busy restaurant environment. This is a full-time position averaging approximately 50 hours per week over 5 days. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily restaurant operations Hire, train, schedule, and develop staff Maintain proper staffing and a positive work environment Oversee food quality and customer service Manage inventory, ordering, and waste Monitor labor and food costs Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant standards Handle customer concerns when necessary Work alongside the team during busy periods Help identify opportunities to increase sales and grow the business Experience Restaurant management experience strongly preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Dependable, organized, and able to follow through Comfortable managing and holding staff accountable Able to work in a fast-paced environment Pizza restaurant experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Opportunity Salary range: $65,000-$70,000 per year, based on experience. Additional performance-based earning opportunities are available, including incentives for helping grow areas of the business such as catering.
