What Makes This Job Different No Late nights- we close at 8:00 PM Currently closed every Sunday No extreme early mornings - opening managers typically start around 7:30 AM (not 4-5 AM) Consistent, predictable scheduling $44,000 base salary + up to $3,150 in bonus potential Health insurance assistance available (we help offset the cost of a plan) Supportive leadership—you won't be left on your own Growth opportunities within the company No fryers, no grills, no heavy grease environment Positive, team-first culture The Role As an Assistant Manager, you'll be a hands-on leader helping run daily operations while developing and supporting your team. You'll be responsible for: Leading shifts and keeping operations running smoothly Coaching, training, and developing team members Delivering fast, friendly, and accurate guest service Maintaining high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness Assisting with inventory, ordering, and organization Jumping in to solve problems and support the team when needed What We're Looking For 1+ year of leadership experience (restaurant preferred) A leader who works alongside their team—not just directs Strong communication and organization skills Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and genuine care for guests and team Schedule Expectations Our managers typically work within a set window of 7:30 AM - 9:00 PM, depending on the shift.
