We are seeking a Service & Bar Manager to join a high-performing restaurant leadership team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching teams, leading from the floor, and making a direct impact on both guest satisfaction and business results.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000 Profit-Sharing Bonus Program paid every four weeks Three Weeks Paid Time Off annually Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Comprehensive Training and Leadership Development Significant Career Growth Opportunities Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day Early Closure on Christmas Eve What You'll Do As the Service & Bar Manager, you will serve as a key member of the restaurant leadership team, overseeing front-of-house operations and bar management while ensuring exceptional hospitality standards.
Responsibilities include:
Leading and developing front-of-house team members Maintaining a strong presence in the dining room, bar, and guest arrival areas Creating schedules and managing labor effectively Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding hourly team members Overseeing beverage purchasing, inventory, and cost controls Conducting regular liquor, beer, and wine inventory counts Supporting training, coaching, and performance development Partnering with the General Manager to ensure operational excellence Delivering an outstanding guest experience every day What We're Looking For 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant Strong front-of-house leadership and team development skills Experience with bar operations, beverage inventory, and cost controls Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences Dependable, professional, and team-oriented leadership style Why This Opportunity?
