You'll be "Pleasing People" with our made-from-scratch recipes set in Historic Downtown New Bern Responsibility Bring your passion for leading people and your strong business skills to Baker's Kitchen. We're looking for folks who can problem solve in our high-volume operations while remaining focused on achieving operational excellence. You will lead, coach, and mentor our best asset—our hourly team members. When you take care of them, they will take good care of our guests! Qualifications To be a successful manager you must have a high school diploma/GED and 2 years of restaurant management or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A college degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is preferred but not required.
