You'll take tables on serving shifts and step into assistant manager duties on opening and closing shifts: cash and safe counts, leading the floor, guest recovery, and helping with ordering. We're looking for someone who's strong on the floor and ready to own the shift when needed.

Pay:

hourly plus tips on serving shifts; salaried shift pay on assistant manager shifts.

Duties:

• Serve guests on scheduled serving shifts
• Open and close the restaurant on assistant manager shifts
• Handle cash, drawers and safe counts
• Supervise and support front-of-house staff during the shift
• Own guest recovery and complaints
• Support ordering and inventory

Requirements:

• Serving experience
• Supervisory or shift-lead experience, restaurant preferred
• Available nights and weekends
• Food-safety certification a plus
