General Manager Location:
Reidsville, NC Compensation:
$150,000 - $170,000 (negotiable based on experience) + bonusSummary:
Ready to lead a 250-employee manufacturing operation? Our client, a growing manufacturer in the personal care and hygiene products industry, is seeking a General Manager to oversee all plant operations and drive safety, quality, productivity, and profitability. What You'll Be Responsible For- Leading all manufacturing operations across production, quality, maintenance, engineering, warehouse, planning, and sanitation
- Driving operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing plant financial performance, budgets, labor, inventory, and capital projects
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, FDA, OSHA, and quality standards
- Developing leadership teams and building a culture of accountability, safety, and performance What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- 5+ years in a senior plant leadership role
- Experience in wet wipes, personal care, hygiene products, nonwovens, converting, CPG, cosmetics, OTC Why This Opportunity?
