Job Description
Manages, trains, monitors and enforces food safety standards Forms and executes plans to exceed sales goals vs. previous year as a General Manager Manages restaurant's food, labor, paper costs and other controllable expenses Executes Company policies and procedures for the control of cash, property, product and equipment as a General Manager Manages, directs, and monitors Shift Supervisors and Crew Members to achieve Quality Service and Cleanliness goals, and supports total store "Service Excellence" on assigned shifts. Executes the restaurant's Human Resources programs for crew employees. Manages crew employees in a manner that maximizes retention. Works with Co-Manager to achieve proper staffing levels. Interviews and recommends candidates for selection. Works with Co-Manager and local HR staff to communicate Speak Up process. Provides proper training for Shift Supervisors and Crew Members through established systems and follows through to ensure compliance with Company standards. Manages restaurant to ensure proper execution of and compliance with Company policies and procedures on assigned shifts. Anticipates and identifies problems and initiates appropriate corrective action. Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned or required as a
