Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and team management Oversee food preparation and presentation to uphold quality standards Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness Assist in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new team members Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any service issues promptly Support shift management by coordinating schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or restaurant supervision with a strong background in hospitality management Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols Hands-on experience with POS systems including POS or Micros POS; cash handling skills required Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced environments such as quick service or casual dining restaurants Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food management Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences Ability to manage shift schedules, supervise staff training & development, and conduct interviews confidently Prior experience in fine dining, catering, bar operations or hotel hospitality is a plus Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Join us as an Assistant Manager and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding dining experiences!
