Assistant Front of House Manager (Part-Time) New River Brewing Ale House | West Jefferson, NC Do you love creating memorable guest experiences, leading a team, and thriving in a fast-paced restaurant? We're looking for an experienced, energetic, and dependable Assistant Front of House Manager to join our team at New River Brewing Ale House. If you're someone who enjoys working with people, leads by example, and believes great service starts with a great team, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Work alongside the General Manager to oversee daily front of house operations. Help lead, coach, and support our serving and hosting team. Create exceptional guest experiences and resolve customer concerns with professionalism. Manage host schedules and assist with server scheduling. Jump in wherever needed, whether that's hosting, serving, or supporting the team during busy shifts. Help maintain a positive, organized, and welcoming dining room. Foster a fun, team-oriented culture where employees enjoy coming to work. We're Looking For Someone Who Has previous restaurant front of house leadership experience. Has experience hosting, serving, and creating staff schedules. Is a strong communicator and natural leader. Works well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Loves interacting with both guests and coworkers. Is dependable, organized, and willing to lead by example. Believes no job is beneath them and enjoys being part of a team.
