SDS Restaurant Group, a franchisee of Pizza Hut, is looking for an experienced District Manager to lead 7-10 restaurant locations in our Eastern NC market. Candidates should have at least 5 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership, preferably in the pizza, QSR, or fast casual restaurant industry. Must be able to work a flexible and frequently changing schedule, including nights and weekends, and should be comfortable with daily travel throughout the assigned geographic area. Applicants that live in areas across Eastern NC may be considered for this position but relocation assistance is not provided. Key responsibilities of this position are: Hiring, training, developing, and leading an outstanding team of Restaurant General Managers Ensuring all restaurants in assigned area meet company standards for cleanliness, food safety, quality, and customer service Financial management for restaurants in area, including budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and overall P&L responsibility Handing escalated customer and team member concerns quickly and effectively. Vendor and supplier management Training will take place over a period of up to several months and will include working as a manager in individual restaurant locations locally as well as some overnight travel. This position requires a criminal background check, good driving record, and reliable vehicle to use for work purposes.
