Overview We are looking for a Store Manager to run day-to-day operations. You will manage the team, order inventory, track sales, and make sure customers have a good visit. $20/hr + tips + profit bonus for Assistant Manager. $22/hr + tips + profit bonus for Manager. Paid Time Off (PTO) plan. Responsibilities Train, schedule, and support staff on shift. Order, receive, and restock supplies so the store stays fully stocked. Ensure all food safety and health department guidelines are met. Keep track of sales numbers and help control labor and supply costs. Keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly. Step in to handle customer questions or complaints directly. Requirements Experience in retail, customer service, or shift management. Background in food service or coffee preparation is a plus. Solid basic math skills for managing money and counting stock. Ability to prioritize tasks during busy shifts. Willingness to work alongside your team on the floor. Complete and total availability for working at peak times, including morning, evenings, and weekends. Willingness and availability to come into the location when staffing/scheduling issues arrise.
