Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee daily kitchen operations. In this vital role, you will ensure exceptional food quality, maintain high standards of food safety, and foster a positive, efficient work environment. Your leadership will drive the success of our food service operations, ensuring operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for culinary arts and team management to make a significant impact. Responsibilities Supervise all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality standards are met. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs. Oversee food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, sanitation practices, and compliance with health regulations. Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to develop skills in food production, safety procedures, and customer service excellence. Coordinate shift schedules and manage staffing levels to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Experience Demonstrated supervisory experience with staff training, team leadership, and performance management. Strong background in food preparation. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. Experience managing inventory control, budgeting. Previous experience supervising culinary teams in hospitality environments with an emphasis on quality assurance and operational efficiency.
