Job Description

Job Overview Minden Country Club is seeking an energetic, organized, and hands-on Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clubhouse. This full-time salaried leadership position is responsible for staff management, food and beverage operations, golf activities, tournaments, member events, financial oversight, inventory, scheduling, and exceptional customer service. This is not a desk-only position. The successful candidate will lead by example and be willing to assist with cooking, bartending, customer service, and event operations whenever needed. Key Responsibilities Hire, train, schedule, and supervise clubhouse staff Manage daily clubhouse and food & beverage operations Coordinate leagues, tournaments, outings, and special events Oversee inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships Monitor daily financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control Maintain a welcoming environment for members and guests Manage the club's social media, website updates, and member communications Work closely with the Board of Directors, volunteers, vendors, and members to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Management or supervisory experience Restaurant, hospitality, bar, or country club experience Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and event coordination Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and POS systems Familiarity with social media and basic website management Requirements Obtain and maintain ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Ability to cook, grill, and assist with food preparation Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special events Availability on Wednesdays during league season (April-October) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods Join us as a Club Manager to lead with energy, inspire your team, and create unforgettable experiences for our members! Pay:
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
