Ollie & Hobbes is a fun and fast paced restaurant that is looking for a General Manager for our Papillion location. The General Manager must be a strong leader who sets the standard and example for the rest of the staff to follow. This is a salaried position with performance bonuses and benefits. Base salary is $45,000

• 50,000+ and is based on the skills and abilities of the applicant.

This position has performance bonuses available on top of the base salary for labor and quality & standards. This position also has full benefits available to it. We offer paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance. The General Manager is in charge of the store as a whole. The General Manager is responsible for all employees including the Kitchen Manager. The GM is the leader of their store so any applicant must have the following characteristics: Responsible Dependable Trustworthy Good leader Good communicator High standards Great guest service skills Great with people GM's basic job responsibilities: Staffing

• Interviewing, hiring, firing, and scheduling. Training
• all employees must be properly trained Running service
• making sure meal services run smoothly and we are providing the level of service and quality of food our guests expect from us. Cleaning
• maintaining a clean and organized restaurant. Opening/closing
• making sure the restaurant is properly opened and closed on a daily basis.
