Job Description

Ollie & Hobbes Craft Kitchen is looking for a Kitchen Manager (KM) for our Papillion location. The KM would be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and staff. Candidates must have some past commercial kitchen management experience. Applicants must be organized, detail oriented, and have high standards. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for holding the highest level of standards in regard to staffing, product consistency, and guest satisfaction. This is a full-time salary or hourly position. Position requires 40-45 hours per week. The salary or hourly pay is negotiable based on the skills and abilities of the individual. This position also has performance bonuses and offers full benefits.
