Squire Ward's Sports Bar & Grill | Seward, Nebraska Full-Time Position | 30-40 Hours Per Week Squire Ward's is looking for an experienced, dependable Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team! We're a busy, locally owned sports bar known for great food, a fun atmosphere, and friendly service. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can lead by example, and knows how to keep a kitchen running smoothly. Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation. Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff. Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion sizes. Manage food inventory, ordering, and waste control. Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards. Help coordinate kitchen schedules and staffing. Keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently during busy shifts. Work closely with ownership to improve kitchen operations. Qualifications Previous commercial kitchen experience required. Kitchen management or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, hardworking, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
