Join a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant where you'll play a key role in leading the team, supporting daily operations, and creating a great experience for both guests and employees. Compensation & Benefits $50,000-$55,000 base salary Attainable bonus opportunity Paid Time Off No late-night operating hours Ongoing training and leadership development Clear advancement opportunities within a growing organization What You'll Do Partner with the General Manager to drive daily restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, and team performance Lead shifts with a hands-on approach, ensuring smooth service and operational excellence Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching team members Support scheduling and staffing to meet business demands Monitor key operating metrics, including labor, food costs, and inventory Understand restaurant P&L drivers and help troubleshoot opportunities impacting profitability Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently maintained Foster a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture What We're Looking For 1-3 years of restaurant leadership experience in a high-volume environment Quick-service or fast-casual experience strongly preferred Experience working with fryers and managing fast-paced kitchen operations Understanding of scheduling, inventory management, and labor controls Familiarity with restaurant P&L reporting and the ability to identify and address operational issues affecting results ServSafe certified or able to obtain certification Strong communication skills and a positive, hands-on leadership style Why This Opportunity Stands Out This role offers the chance to grow with an established, recognizable brand that promotes from within and invests in its leaders.
