This is how our mission statement was developed: Our family of Great NH Restaurants promises to provide the best in food and service for you and your family! The Dining Room Manager is a coordinator alongside the Kitchen Manager in supervising all aspects of the restaurant's operation. Whether FOH or BOH, everyone will be looking to you as their leader. You will be expected to learn and maintain a varied amount of skills required in restaurant operations and they will be counted on repeatedly. Vacation:
Manager Vacation (5) days
  • eligible after six months of continuous FT Manager Employment Longevity Vacation Earned as stated in the Personnel Manual.
¨ 3 yrs. (5) days available annually in January or July, whichever comes first AFTER your first-year anniversary. ¨ 3-10 yrs. (5) days available each in January & July.
Note:
Once you become a 10-year employee, all vacation time is capped longevity earned vacation time only, at this point your longevity vacation schedule replaces your manager/longevity vacation schedule ¨ 10+ yrs. (5) days available each in January, May & September-You no longer have manager vacations. ¨ 20+ yrs. (5) days available each in January, April, July & October ¨ 30+ years (5) days available each in
January, March, June, August, November Life, Short Term & Long-Term Disability:
Paid for by the company Potential Quarterly Cost Bonus Based on individual store qualification. Potential Quarterly Safety Bonus program. Potential Quarterly Stars Bonus based on average star ratings your store receives for the quarter. Potential longevity Reward for every five consecutive years you are a FT manager. Quarterly promo of $250
  • does not carry over each quarter if unused.
Club Warehouse Membership:
Sam's Club, Bj's etc. See Manager benefits packet for full details. Four-day work week at Thanksgiving and Christmas and paid for 5. Complimentary meal of your choice each shift. Approximate value $2000 per year. Birthday
  • $100 Motivosity Money If you are not already certified, you will be required to become Serve Safe, CPR, and TEAM certified
  • Great NH Restaurants, Inc. pays for the cost of the class and for you to attend. Great NH Restaurants, Inc. is not responsible for the costs associated with retaking the course if you do not pass certification. Manager of the Quarter
  • You receive $250 in a payroll check if chosen. Performance Review
  • Every 6 months you will receive a performance review.
Raises will be administered solely at the discretion of the manager giving the review based on store performance, your individual performance, how your current salary relates to your position, and any company manager pay caps. Changing from a job to a career with a much higher potential for future financial growth! Bereavement time for death of parent(s), sibling(s), children, or spouse (3 Days) 401K Employees and Managers become eligible after working no less than 1,000 hours in no less than one full year.
