The Junction Restaurant & Provisions — Laconia, NH The Junction Restaurant & Provisions is seeking an experienced, confident, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and help support the continued growth of our restaurant. We are an established upscale-casual restaurant known for quality food, thoughtful hospitality, craft cocktails, and a strong connection to the Lakes Region community. We are looking for a leader who understands that successful restaurant management requires a balance of hospitality, structure, accountability, and teamwork. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys developing employees, maintaining consistent operating standards, and taking ownership of the guest experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the front-of-house service team Maintain a professional, positive, and accountable workplace culture Ensure consistent execution of service standards and company policies Assist with recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and employee development Address performance concerns promptly and professionally Oversee opening, closing, and daily restaurant procedures Manage cash controls, deposits, nightly reporting, and shift documentation Monitor labor levels and make appropriate staffing adjustments Work closely with ownership and the culinary leadership team Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally Maintain cleanliness, organization, safety, and compliance standards Assist with private events, promotions, and restaurant sales initiatives Lead by example while ensuring employees remain responsible for their assigned duties The Right Candidate The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, emotionally steady, and comfortable making decisions.
