Job Description

Our busy restaurant prides itself on providing excellent customer service, and we need a passionate Food and Beverage Manager to ensure that our guests receive the best dining experience possible in both our restaurant and banquet halls in the resort setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and quality, managing staff, and driving the overall success of our food and beverage offerings.
Duties/Responsibilities to include:
Develops and enforces standard operating procedures in regards to service for the Front of House, Banquet and Bar while overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and banquet services. Ensure that the standards of service are being followed consistently. Collaborate with the executive chef and bartenders to design innovative and seasonal menus that align with our brand and meet customer expectations. Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring all employees are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver excellent service. Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability. Conduct monthly inventories with the Executive Chef. Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and enhance their dining experience. Work closely with our sales staff and guests to ensure successful execution of banquets and special events, from planning to service. Order liquor, cleaning and paper supplies and front of house operational items Hands on role that require a present Manager High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of work experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant Extensive knowledge of front-of-house operations, including the financial aspects Excellent communication and organizational skills Flexible schedule Ability to lift 30lbs, able to stand for the majority of your shift, be able to stretch above your head frequently and bend to complete all required tasks. •Potential for Quarterly Bonus' FULL-TIME
