In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily service, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain smooth food and beverage operations. Your leadership will foster a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that delights guests and promotes teamwork. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, strong management skills, and extensive experience in food service environments to drive success and uphold our high standards of quality and service excellence. Duties Lead and supervise all aspects of dining room operations, ensuring efficient service delivery in a fast-paced environment Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to cultivate a motivated, knowledgeable team committed to outstanding customer service Oversee food preparation coordination with kitchen staff to ensure timely, high-quality food presentation aligning with safety standards Monitor inventory levels, control food and beverage costs, and implement effective inventory management practices using Toast POS systems such Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and POS reconciliation at shift end Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all dining areas Assist in hiring processes by interviewing candidates and selecting qualified team members for various roles Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction Collaborate with management on budgeting, sales goals, and promotional initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities Qualifications Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining settings Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, food handling, and kitchen management Strong familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS, Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Demonstrated supervisory experience with staff training & development in hospitality or restaurant environments Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and health regulations applicable to restaurant operations Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a dynamic setting Join us as a Dining Room Manager where your passion for hospitality meets your leadership talent!
