Assistant General Manager We are seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven Assistant General Manager to help lead a high-volume, guest-focused operation. Assistant General Manager Benefits Base Salary:
$80,000-$95,000 20% Bonus Opportunity, paid quarterly Employer-Sponsored Health and Dental Insurance Free Parking Paid Time Off Sponsorship for Continuing Education and Professional Development Growth Opportunities Within an Expanding Organization Assistant General Manager Responsibilities Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of a high-volume restaurant operation Lead daily shifts with a focus on exceptional guest experiences and service excellence Recruit, train, mentor, and develop hourly team members Help create a culture of accountability, hospitality, and continuous improvement Drive guest engagement, community involvement, and repeat business Maintain high standards for food quality, beverage execution, cleanliness, and overall operational excellence Assist with labor management, scheduling, inventory, cost controls, and financial performance Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards Collaborate with the General Manager, ownership, and leadership teams to support operational goals and growth initiatives Assistant General Manager Qualifications Proven success as an Assistant General Manager or senior restaurant manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant Strong food and beverage knowledge with a commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams Background in independent or chef-driven restaurant concepts preferred Understanding of P&L management, labor controls, and restaurant financials Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills ServSafe and TIPS certifications required If you are a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values exceptional service, and is ready to take the next step in your career with an expanding organization, we'd love to hear from you
