Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests while managing staff, food service, and overall restaurant management. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for hospitality, food service management, and team development to make a significant impact. Duties Supervise front-of-house operations, including customer service, seating arrangements, and order accuracy to ensure a seamless dining experience Lead staff training and development initiatives, including interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing coaching to build a motivated and skilled team Manage shift schedules, monitor staffing levels, and oversee shift management to maximize efficiency during busy hours Oversee food preparation processes related to front-of-house activities, ensuring adherence to food safety and handling standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales reconciliation Control inventory levels for front-of-house supplies, including tableware, linens, and condiments to prevent shortages or overstocking Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area in compliance with health regulations and hospitality standards Collaborate with kitchen management on food production coordination for catering, banquet events, or special functions Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management roles with supervising experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food handling safety protocols, and culinary operations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within the hospitality industry Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of staff training & development and team management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully Background in hospitality management or hotel experience is advantageous Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements in the food industry Join us as our Front of House Manager to lead our vibrant team towards delivering memorable dining experiences!
