Job Description

Are you ready to take the next step in your hospitality career at one of the Jersey Shore's most beloved dining destinations? Our landmark restaurant — a local favorite known for its fresh coastal cuisine, ocean views, and vibrant summer energy — is seeking a full-time, year -round Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our dynamic team.
What You'll Do:
Support daily operations and ensure smooth, high-energy service. Lead and motivate front-of-house staff with enthusiasm and professionalism. Maintain exceptional guest experiences — every table, every time. Assist with scheduling, training, ordering, and inventory management. Work closely with the General Manager to uphold our standards of excellence.
What We're Looking For:
A passionate leader with at least 2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Hands-on, positive attitude — willing to jump in wherever needed. Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. Love for the beach and a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences!
