General Manager :

Support the General Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Lead the team : Manage, train, and provide direction for all crew members and supervisors. Enforce policies : Ensure the team adheres to all company policies, procedures, and standards. Oversee staff : Directly supervise team members on a shift-by-shift basis to ensure performance goals are met. Handle hiring : Interview and recommend new hires for crew positions. Customer and quality assurance Ensure guest satisfaction : Provide a positive and fun guest experience by ensuring fast, accurate service and high-quality food. Maintain cleanliness : Inspect and ensure all areas, including dining, kitchen, and storage, are clean and meet health and safety regulations. Food safety : Ensure all food safety procedures are followed at all times. Financial and administrative duties Manage costs : Work to meet sales and cost goals, including food and labor costs. Control inventory : Maintain adequate product supply to meet company standards. Financial reporting : Ensure that daily paperwork and financial reporting are completed accurately and on time. Cash handling : Adhere to and enforce all cash control policies and procedures. Other requirements Sales and marketing : Assist with sales and marketing strategies, such as promotions and new product introductions. Conduct meetings : Hold pre-shift meetings to discuss operational procedures, promotions, and safety.

Problem-solving :

Resolve customer complaints professionally. Perform all restaurant functions : Be able to perform all tasks required at the restaurant level, including deliveries.
