We're looking for an experienced, hospitality-driven Assistant Manager for our Garwood location to help lead our team through this exciting new chapter.

The Role:

As Restaurant Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our front-of-house operations — ensuring every guest feels cared for and every shift runs seamlessly. You'll help oversee the roll out of our new dinner service, collaborate closely with the culinary team and set the tone for a positive, professional, and guest-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire FOH team members to deliver exceptional hospitality at every service. Maintain consistency and quality from breakfast through dinner. Support the launch of our new dinner program, including menu roll outs and staff training. Partner with the culinary team to create memorable guest experiences. Oversee daily operations, scheduling, labor management, and guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Foster a collaborative, upbeat, and accountable team environment.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a full-service concept. Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and great food. Strong communication and leadership skills. Organized, energetic, and adaptable — especially in a high-volume environment. Availability for both day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints effectively. Proficient in cash handling and operating Toast POS. Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff training. Knowledge of fine dining service is a plus. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
