RESTAURANT FLOOR MANAGER
Job Description A breakfast/lunch restaurant is in search for a Restaurant Floor Manager. Qualified candidates must have an abundance of knowledge in hospitality service and a deep understanding of food/beverage preparation for customers. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Extensive experience in customer relationship, staff management, and hospitality service. Overseeing daily shifts of all employees; staff management, and ensure quality service, sanitary compliance, and maintaining impeccable front of house standards. Scheduling staff hours and assigning tasks for the service team Meticulous monitoring of food preparation methods, portion control, garnishing, final plating of the food to ensure that the entire customer experience is unified Help coordinate and supervise vendor/inventory organization Monitor and review restaurant performance for any improvements Manage all customer concerns and complaints in a courteous professional manner This is a full-time position. Salary to be discussed. Requirements Minimum of 2 years related experience Must be hands-on and willing to help the staff whenever needed A "go-getter" work ethic Strong leadership qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant changes A passion for food and restaurant operations and a desire to make an impact on customers and business
