Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a high-caliber Service Manager to own and drive performance across a high-volume, nationally recognized restaurant account. This is not a desk job. You will be on the ground — nights, days, and overnights — ensuring elite pest management execution across a demanding, fast-paced portfolio of restaurant locations. If you are self-motivated, accountable, and thrive in a dynamic field environment, this opportunity offers exceptional compensation and career growth. What You'll Own ▪ Serve as the primary point of accountability for a high-volume, nationally recognized restaurant account across the NY, PA and MA region. ▪ Travel to locations throughout your territory — primarily overnight shifts with day work as needed. ▪ Conduct on-site inspections, service quality reviews, and client-facing meetings with restaurant and facilities management. ▪ Oversee pest management service execution — monitoring devices, bait stations, fly lights, sanitation reviews — ensuring full regulatory and brand compliance. ▪ Deliver weekly written performance and risk updates to leadership. ▪ Manage and develop a team of field technicians: coaching, performance reviews, route efficiency, and documentation accuracy. ▪ Review service tickets and QC reports in PestPac to ensure compliance with treatment protocols and health department standards. ▪ Prepare professional client-ready reports and present findings to restaurant and enterprise stakeholders with clarity and confidence. ▪ Identify and document opportunities for service enhancements or program expansions. What We're Looking For ▪ Driven, accountable professional who takes ownership of results without needing to be managed. ▪ Ability and willingness to travel extensively — including overnight and late-night shifts aligned with the restaurant operating hours. ▪ Strong literacy and technical competency: comfortable interpreting service data, writing client reports, and using digital platforms (PestPac or similar). ▪ Natural leader with a track record of motivating teams and holding performance standards. ▪ Excellent verbal and written communication — able to represent the company in front of enterprise-level clients. ▪ Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple locations and priorities simultaneously. ▪ Proactive problem-solver who identifies root causes and acts, not just reacts. Qualifications ▪ High School Diploma or GED required; additional education a plus. ▪ NY Commercial Pesticide Applicator License required (or ability to obtain promptly). ▪ Prior pest control or facilities services experience strongly preferred. ▪ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. ▪ Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and access confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, basements). ▪ Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions year-round.
