Lead Barista / Assistant Cafe Manager Responsibilities Managing daily cafe and restaurant operation Analysis of daily sales data and creating the strategy for business growth Oversee all aspects of the cafe Possess a full knowledge of food and beverage products served and utilize suggestive selling techniques. Train and manage bar staff Maintain satisfaction by answering questions thoroughly, handling complaints, and providing specific item suggestions and information about the establishment. Assistant conduct inventory on a rotating and weekly basis to ensure appropriate stock levels and cost control. Keep accurate and organized records. Follow proper ordering procedures to maintain appropriate par levels of all related products. Maintain high-level of knowledge regarding the Company's products and programming and communicate properly to guests. Requirements Attention to cleanliness Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic Organization, planning, and time management skills with the ability and initiative to react effectively and quickly to unexpected circumstances Holds self-accountable for high personal standards of conduct and professionalism Respect for individuals (guest, vendors, and employees)
