Job Summary:
Cibo Vita is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee operations across our three warehouse locations. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations, with direct accountability for inventory control and the receiving department. The Warehouse Manager's home base will be the Taft site, with the expectation to travel between locations and adjust on-site presence based on business needs to ensure effective oversight across all facilities. The Warehouse Manager will lead supervisors and staff across multiple sites, driving consistency, productivity, and process improvements in alignment with company goals.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Oversight Direct and manage warehouse operations across all three Cibo Vita facilities. Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and staff to ensure high performance. Establish clear goals, accountability, and communication across sites. Inventory & Receiving Management • Oversee all inventory processes to ensure accuracy, including cycle counts, reconciliations, and reporting. • Manage the receiving department across all sites, ensuring timely and accurate intake of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Implement best practices for inventory control to minimize shrinkage, errors, and inefficiencies. Collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Quality teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper material flow. Operational Excellence Oversee daily operations including order picking, packing, shipping, and inter-site transfers. Implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costs. Monitor KPIs and prepare reports on warehouse, inventory, and receiving performance. Safety & Compliance Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards across all warehouse sites. Conduct regular safety training, audits, and inspections. Ensure compliance with food safety standards (SQF, FDA, GMPs) and company procedures. Logistics & Coordination Coordinate inter-site product movement and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders. Partner with logistics providers and manage freight scheduling for inbound and outbound shipments. Continuous Improvement Standardized policies, SOPs, and operational procedures across all sites. Identify opportunities for processing automation and system upgrades in inventory and receiving. Drive a culture of continuous improvement to support company growth. •
Qualifications:
•High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred). Requirements Minimum 5-7 years of warehouse management experience, with strong focus on inventory and receiving operations. Proven success in managing multi-site teams. Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of inventory control principles and inbound logistics. Knowledge of OSHA, GMP, SQF, and food safety compliance. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to travel regularly between warehouse sites.
