Onboarding new team members and providing them with orientation, training, coaching, and development Maintaining stock levels and business financials Being responsible for the company's customer service expectations Building sales in a high traffic train station environment

Accountabilities:

Ensure location is following company's policies, programs, and procedures through coordination with the Corporate Office Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale Completing all administrative paperwork on the computer. Order, receive, and replenish merchandise displays as necessary Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Dunkin Donuts experience preferred. Excellent leadership, team building, and people management skills Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead High degree of interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to interact with diverse personalities and all levels of staff and management Extremely well organized & ability to multi-task Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel 2+ years of experience in a management role in retail or restaurant.
