We're looking for a proven, high-volume General Manager , with " fast-casual " restaurant background to lead the day-to-day operations of newest restaurant opening this summer in Westwood, New jersey . If you're a hands-on restaurant / food service leader who thrives in high-energy settings and knows how to build strong restaurant teams while delivering outstanding food and hospitality , this is your opportunity to take the next step. This is not a "sit in the office" role. You'll be in the action—coaching your team, engaging with guests, and ensuring every shift runs with precision, speed, and consistency. What You'll Own
- Drive daily restaurant operations in a brand-new location with a focus on exceptional guest experience, food quality , and speed of service
- You will hire, train and build your food service team, through recruiting, training, and hands-on coaching
- Create and sustain a positive, accountability-driven culture
- Manage key business drivers including labor cost, food cost, inventory , and overall profitability
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and brand standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully operational restaurant environment
- You will lead from the front—resolving guest concerns and modeling hospitality at every level
- Oversee scheduling, payroll accuracy, and team performance
- Manage both front- and back-of-house operations, including POS and restaurant systems What You Bring
- 4+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a high-volume fast casual restaurant, QSR restaurant , or deli concept
- A hands-on leadership style—you're just as comfortable on the line or register as you are leading the team
- Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills
- Solid business acumen with a focus on driving results and controlling costs
- ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
