Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager to join our restaurant team! Duties Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including overseeing food preparation, service flow, and cleanliness standards Supervise and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives Ensure all food safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Support shift management by coordinating staff schedules, managing customer flow, and resolving operational issues promptly Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast food environments Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and supervising diverse teams Knowledge of food safety standards, food industry regulations, and hospitality best practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and provide constructive feedback Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and high service standards Join us as an Assistant Manager - Restaurant to lead with energy, inspire your team, and deliver exceptional dining experiences!
