Job Description
As a General Manager you are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant. You are the leader of the restaurant, and have a passion for your people and our business and welcome the responsibility of recruiting a great team to take care of each and every customer that walks through our doors. You are accountable for the financial well-being of your operation and ensuring that your team upholds the standards. To be successful in this role, you need to be a high caliber leader to confidently and effectively guide and move the team in the direction to accomplish the vision. Assuring alignment, and intentionally implementing great tenants of leadership and development. The ideal candidate would possess the following skillsets or experience: Solid management experience (2 years or more) at the GM level or higher. Strong leaders with good work history, that lack the GM level experience, would also be considered for this role. Strong Leadership, organization, and strategic planning skills. Ability to inspire confidence and drive performance in those around you. Handle any and all concerns that may arise from customers and crew members. Through hands-on approach, you oversee recruitment, training and development of new employees. Positive, high-energy individual with above average communication and motivational abilities. Provide solutions to issues such as profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business, etc., while maintaining the highest levels of integrity. Maintain and improve the financial well-being of your operation by meeting food cost and labor goals in addition to good P&L awareness to all other line items. This role comes with an above average compensation package that may include starting salary as high as $55K-$75K, bonus opportunities, full benefits package, strong upward mobility potential, and more.
