This candidate should be looking to grow both professionally and personally and be ready to work in a fast pace dynamic working environment. Day to day duties consist of: Ensuring steps of service are performed efficient and effectively. Help build a culture where employees feel appreciated and happy. Enhancing guest experience. Resolve or filter guest issues. Monitoring the labor of on duty shifts. Manage servers, to-go and hosts. This includes holding them accountable and ensuring that they utilize their time. Monitor station and section cleanliness. Provide feedback on progress of new training programs. Represent employees to upper management. Provide management with details of employee moral. Identify leaders and team members with skills and potential for management. Uphold the traditions that make Sadie's great. Filter all pertinent information to the GM and AGM. Accountable to daily restaurant cleanliness.
