We are seeking a motivated and reliable Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Boba Tea Shop/Arcade. This role is responsible for managing store operations, supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Store Manager will also learn our drink menu and recipes to ensure product quality and help train staff. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Manage, train, and supervise staff members Learn the full menu and prepare drinks according to company recipes and standards Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Track and manage inventory, including ordering supplies when needed Monitor staff performance and scheduling Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns when necessary Assist with opening and closing procedures Requirements Minimum 3 years of management experience Minimum 3 years of restaurant or café experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Reliable with a strong work ethic Ability to work 5-6 days per week Benefits Paid training provided Competitive pay (negotiable based on experience) Salaried pay options Opportunity to grow with the business
