Job Summary Line and Tide Poke Bar is seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, maintain food quality standards, and drive business growth. Your leadership will foster a positive team environment, uphold food safety and cleanliness, and ensure efficient service delivery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape a vibrant dining atmosphere while maintaining operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance management to cultivate a motivated and skilled team. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift management, timely food preparation, and exceptional customer service. Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of quality ingredients and supplies. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Enforce food safety standards and sanitation protocols in compliance with health regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment. Conduct regular staff training on food handling, customer service excellence, and operational procedures to enhance team performance. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction strategies. Requirements Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management. Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience in team leadership, staff training, and performance evaluations. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills. Prior experience in fine dining or casual dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Knowledge of food safety management practices, inventory control, and food production processes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage hospitality teams effectively and handle managerial responsibilities confidently. Strong organizational skills with experience in shift management, budgeting, profit analysis, and food industry standards.
