What You'll Do As our Kitchen Manager, you'll have the opportunity to truly make this kitchen your own. We're looking for someone who enjoys being creative and takes pride in preparing fresh, homemade meals.

Your responsibilities will include:

Creating fresh, seasonal, and creative menus that residents look forward to. Preparing delicious breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and homemade snacks. Ordering food and supplies while managing inventory and minimizing waste. Maintaining a clean, organized kitchen that exceeds food safety standards. Ensuring all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements are met. Working closely with our caregiving team to make mealtime one of the best parts of our elders' day. We're Looking For Someone Who... Loves to cook and enjoys bringing new ideas to the table. Has experience managing a kitchen or working as a lead cook. Takes pride in preparing meals from scratch whenever possible. Is organized, dependable, and self-motivated. Enjoys working in a close-knit environment where everyone pitches in. Has a compassionate heart and enjoys building relationships with seniors and their families. Holds a ServSafe Certification or is willing to obtain one.
