Job Description
Are you the next rock star leader we're looking for? CHC Unified, one of the largest and fastest-growing Jimmy John's franchisees, owns and operates 30+ locations across 5 states—and we're growing! We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager to lead our team! In this role, you'll work closely with Assistant Managers and PICs (Persons in Charge) to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll set the tone for the store, making sure every sandwich is made with care, every guest leaves happy, and the team stays motivated and on track.
What You'll Do:
Oversee daily store operations, including food prep, guest service, and cleanliness Lead and support team members with a positive, hands-on approach Keep the shop running efficiently by following systems and procedures with 100% integrity Coach and motivate your crew to deliver excellent service and top-notch sandwiches Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both customers and staffTraining & Compensation:

1-2 years of experience in restaurant or food service management Ability to work a 40-hour week with a flexible schedule At least 18 years old Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat) Able to handle a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment Strong organizational skills and self-motivation Open to feedback and willing to collaborate with the team Able to stand for long periods, bend, and move quickly when needed Excited to learn our sandwich-making process and make delicious food fast Willing to complete a 1-week certification after in-store trainingBenefits
