This is a hands-on role for someone who loves great food, quick service, and building a team that knows how to execute. What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations and keep service smooth from open to close.
• Stay visible on the floor during lunch, dinner, and catering rushes.
• Hire, train, coach, and motivate team members while holding high standards.
• Create a strong guest experience and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Manage labor, scheduling, cash handling, inventory, ordering, and daily reports.
• Partner with kitchen leadership to maintain speed, quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Support promotions, local outreach, and catering growth that help drive sales. What You'll Bring
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience; fast-casual or high-volume experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and follow-through.
• A hands-on management style and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Experience with staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, and cost awareness.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and restaurant systems.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
