We are open Monday-Saturday 7am-8pm for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We offer a whole house tip pool on a daily basis that averages about $7-9 per hour in addition to your hourly wage. This is paid weekly on your paycheck. Join our dynamic team as a FOH assistant manager. This positions hours will be 40-45 a week primarily closing 1-9pm but will depend on the needs of the business You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences! This energetic leadership position is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, food service management, and team development. As an integral part of our restaurant operations, you will oversee daily activities, ensure top-notch customer service, and maintain operational excellence. Your enthusiasm and managerial skills will help foster a vibrant, efficient, and welcoming environment where both guests and staff thrive. Duties Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and optimal service delivery Tend bar in the evenings Lead and motivate staff by providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to uphold high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and quality standards Manage POS (Point of Sale) system Cake Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering supplies as needed to prevent shortages or overstocking Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests Assist with budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and implementing cost-control measures to maximize restaurant profitability Support staff training initiatives focused on food safety management, hospitality best practices, and team leadership skills Participate in interviewing potential team members and conducting staff training & development programs
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
