You'll oversee daily operations, manage a dynamic team, and ensure that everything runs smoothly from food quality to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional food service and customer experiences in a casual yet energetic setting. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift management, staff scheduling, and ensuring smooth workflow during peak hours. Manage food preparation standards, kitchen operations, and food safety protocols to maintain high-quality service. Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers to keep supplies fresh and costs in check. Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting with accuracy. Train staff on food handling, customer service excellence, and operational procedures to foster a knowledgeable team. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies for increased profitability. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management with a focus on full bar and scratch kitchen. Strong background in food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety standards. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills with experience in supervising teams, conducting interviews, and staff training. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations swiftly. Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management techniques. Exceptional communication skills with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service in a lively sports-themed setting.
