Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a well rounded restaurant individual who knows and is comfortable in the back of the house and is comfortable with customer service and order taking as well. Someone who understands how manage others while working a long side of them. This is not a glamour position, you will be in the trenches with the staff. The staff you would be managing is a very good crew with much longevity with the company. Duties Lead and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a motivated and cohesive team atmosphere Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to sanitation procedures Manage daily restaurant operations, Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation procedures to uphold health regulations and maintain a safe environment for staff and guests Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and resolving any issues efficiently Monitor financial performance by managing portion control, waste, and payroll. Balancing the drawer at end of shift. Requirements Proven management experience in the food service industry with a strong background in restaurant operations and customer service. Extensive culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation, food handling, and kitchen management practices Demonstrated leadership skills in managing hospitality teams, supervising staff, and fostering a positive work environment Familiarity with food safety management protocols, sanitation procedures, and dietary considerations within the restaurant setting Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and sales tracking Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully Strong organizational skills with experience in shift management, staff supervision, and overseeing kitchen operations Join us as a Restaurant Manager to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences!
