Job Description
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Deli Manager to lead daily operations of our deli department. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with food, managing people, and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily deli operations, including food prep, service, and cleanliness Manage and train deli staff; create schedules and ensure proper coverage Maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation standards Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Manage inventory, ordering, and waste control Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues as needed
Qualifications:
Previous deli or food service management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.50 per hour
