Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing and inventory management. Engage with customers to provide outstanding service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Support sales initiatives by analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to drive performance. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members as needed. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and ensuring product availability on the sales floor. Qualifications Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Proficiency in math for accurate cash handling and financial reporting. Experience with POS systems is preferred for efficient transaction processing. Background in grocery store operations or retail management is a plus. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of wireless sales techniques is desirable but not required. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is beneficial.
