Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience; chain restaurant experience preferred. Strong knowledge of daily restaurant operations, staff management, and cost control. Excellent leadership, execution, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with food safety standards and applicable U.S. restaurant labor regulations. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to complete required payroll tax documentation.
