We're looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to help lead our team and create unforgettable guest experiences. Position Summary As Bar Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the bar while leading, training, and motivating the team. The ideal candidate is an experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, extensive cocktail knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities Manage all day-to-day bar operations. Train, coach, and schedule bartenders and bar staff. Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality. Ensure consistency and quality of all cocktails and beverages. Monitor inventory and preparations Maintain proper liquor, beer, wine, and supply inventory. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Work closely with ownership and management to develop seasonal cocktails, promotions, and special events. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment. Help drive sales while creating a positive and energetic team culture. Qualifications 3+ years of bar management experience. Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer. Proven leadership and team management experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with inventory management and beverage cost control. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required. New York State alcohol service knowledge preferred.
