Pay based on experience. Responsibilities Supervise all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality standards are met. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices. Oversee food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations; conduct regular inspections and staff training on proper handling and sanitation procedures. Lead and train kitchen staff on culinary techniques. Coordinate shift management by assigning duties, and ensuring smooth operations during busy periods. Requirements Proven experience in quick service restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, staff training, interviewing potential team members, and managing hospitality teams effectively. Knowledge of food safety management practices, including HACCP standards; experience in managing food handling procedures is essential. Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a must. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, communicate managerial expectations clearly, and handle shift management efficiently.
